PHANTOM LADY: WOTDCU - DC DIRECT
The Phantom Lady - most recognisable with her pin-up style look, showcasing a voluptuous figure and a skimpy clad outfit, which became famous in the 40s. She first appeared in Police Comics #1, by Quality Comics in the 1940s. Fast forward about ten years later and DC obtained the rights of all of the Quality Comics characters. Phantom Lady soon join the Freedom Fighters in Justice League of America issue #107.
