WONDER MAN (1ST APP.) MINI-BUST - BOWEN DESIGNS
First appearing in the Avengers #9 in 1964, Simon Williams was turned into Wonder Man by the evil Baron Zemo, who exposed him to a series of "ionic ray" treatments, which gave him superhuman durability and strength. Zemo then gave him a flashy green outfit with a big red "W", becoming his first costume.

Wonder man has also previously had a mini-bust by Bowen where he featured his red jacket and sunglasses costume.
